Nutriset and Isigny Sainte Mère: A partnership 100% made in Normandie to fight malnutrition

On November 16, 2017, Nutriset and the Isigny Sainte-Mère cooperative celebrated their partnership to produce therapeutic milks F-75 and F-100 for humanitarian programs during a meeting with Michel Lescanne, Founder and President of Nutriset Group, and Arnaud FOSSEY, President and Daniel DELAHAYE, General Manager of the Isigny Sainte-Mère cooperative.

"In the context of humanitarian response, in the health centers, therapeutic milks F-75 and F-100 are essential to save children with sever acute malnutrition. Following years of research, Nutriset formulated these products that constitute a cornerstone of our action, " says Michel Lescanne.

This partnership brings the expertise of these two acclaimed agro-industrials from Normandy, with a shared goal to help malnourished children all over the world. It builds on common values ​​of mutual help and sharing, and leverages ​​the complementary know-how of both companies.

Isigny Sainte-Mère, recognized for the quality of its products of excellence, is in charge of producing powdered milks formulated by Nutriset, according to specifications validated by the United Nations organizations such as UNICEF, in the form two products:

  • The therapeutic milk F-75, intended for children affected by severe acute malnutrition. It is made especially for those whose organism is too weak to support the usual amounts of protein, fat and sodium.
  • The therapeutic milk F-100 is intended for malnourished children who have regained their appetite.

Nutriset will be responsible for the delivery of the F-75 and F-100 therapeutic milks to its partners: UN agencies, international NGOs, governments, local and community associations.
